How to avoided acne in the summer
In the summer, our bodies will easily got acne. Then how is the solution to make skin and body remained smooth in the summer?
Bathe regularly
Don’t forget to take a bath at least three times a day. This will prevent bacteria from entering the pores and cause acne. In hot weather, you are more prone to sweat and dust. Sweat will include the dirt along with bacteria that fills the pores and cause acne. Therefore, make sure you keep your skin clean and hydrated.
Exfoliation
The main cause of acne on your body is the accumulation of dead skin cells. So, it is very important to slough off your skin at least twice a week. If you have oily skin, don’t forget to slough off at least 3-4 times a week. Oil, dirt, along with dead skin will make the skin dull and rough and will cause acne.
Wear loose clothes
Wear loose clothing during the summer will prevent evaporation of sweat, so air circulation will be good. This will also prevent the action of bacteria due to the sweat accumulated on the surface of the skin and block the pores, which can cause acne. Wear loose clothing will also make you feel comfortable during hot weather and you can move freely.
Use deodorant and powder
Use deodorant and powder before doing any activity on the hot temperature. The use powder will make you fresh all day along and will make you have less sweat thus reducing the smell of body and rashes.
