Use cold water when bathing. Hot water tends to make your skin dry. Do not forget to use hand and body lotion to keep the skin moisture and smoothness. - Choose clothing from cotton
This type of fabric is the best to absorb sweat. When you sweat, it will help absorb it. - Use lotion or soap containing moisturizer.
