How to pregnant not obese
This post discuss about how to make pregnant women can maintain their weight, and not obese? Here are some tips we can try :
- Keep eating 3 times a day, add fruit and milk. For pregnant women who had been gain weight more than 2kg are advised to continue to eat as much as 3 times, but no additional fruit or milk.
- Avoid sweets and fatty foods, eat more vegetables and fruits.
- Avoid eat rice before sleep.
- Exercise every morning, at least 30 minutes. In order for the mother to be fitter.
- Take supplements that contain complete nutrition for mother and fetus.
- Try to control the weight per month to health care routinely during pregnancy.
