How to reduce cholesterol level

1. Oatmeal

2. Nuts
A study showed that the consumption of almonds, walnuts, peanuts and other nuts as much as 2 ounces per day can lower LDL levels in the body.
3. Apples, Grapes, Strawberries and Oranges
