Eating lots of carbohydrates and fats is suppose to be the main cause of obesity. But there are some little things that can trigger obesity, here are some of the activities that can lead to obesity:

  • Eating While Watching TV
    Snacking while watching TV is very fascinating, especially with a couple of soft drinks. Then why watching TV can be regarded as one of the causes of obesity? Because you’d rather watch tv, then your brain is just focused on what is seen. This causes the brain too late to send signals if the stomach is full.
  • Lack of Sleep
    Based on studies, less sleep can slow your metabolism by 5 to 20 percent. Besides lack of sleep causes you to feel hungry more easily, and makes you want to eat more all day.
  • Often Eat in the Coffee Shop
    If you are bored at home, usually you invite friends to hang out to the cafe. There you will order capocino, mocca, as well as a sweet piece of cake. Avoid this habit because if too often, will cause obesity.
