When we are child, we have been told that drinking water is good for the health. But rarely we do understand the term. Water have been proved that have many benefits than just relieve thirst. There are at least five reasons why we should drink more plain water :
- Water will help use lose weight. Drink plenty of water will deaden hunger. Besides, plain water can increase metabolism.
- Drinking lots of water can help relieve the joints pain. When the body does not get the required amount of water, cartilage and joints will be depleted and can not protect the joints well. This is the cause of joints and bones pain
- Water can eliminate toxins and bacteria in the body. This is one of the most important benefits of the water. Detoxification can help the body to fight disease and get rid chemicals that can damage the human organ systems. Though some types of chronic disease
- If we have skin disease, water can also repair the damaged skin cells. Skin is composed of 70% water, and if we do not consume enough water, we may be exposed to such skin problems, acne or dry skin. The skin itself can cause some problems such as eczema, scaling cracks, and infection.
