Meal is part of sunnah in fasting in Ramadan, in addition to getting the reward, meal also serves to store food reserves when fasting. There are a few tips for you that fasting in order not to get weak :

  • Eat With Normal Portion
  • Eat Foods that Contain Complex Carbohydrates
    Increase consumption of foods with complex carbohydrates like brown rice, whole wheat, whole grain breads, cereals, fruits and vegetables
  • Don’t eat in a hurry
  • Drink Enough Plain Water
    Should not drink too much coffee and tea because it can cause the body to dehydrate
