Tips for meal when fasting
Meal is part of sunnah in fasting in Ramadan, in addition to getting the reward, meal also serves to store food reserves when fasting. There are a few tips for you that fasting in order not to get weak :
- Eat With Normal Portion
- Eat Foods that Contain Complex Carbohydrates
Increase consumption of foods with complex carbohydrates like brown rice, whole wheat, whole grain breads, cereals, fruits and vegetables - Don’t eat in a hurry
- Drink Enough Plain Water
Should not drink too much coffee and tea because it can cause the body to dehydrate
