For a mother who was pregnant, food and breast care is essential in order to get good milk and plenty. Milk production from pregnant women are not all equal, there are few, medium and there are plentiful.
For those who have overly abundant milk production the breasts will feel sore. We can deduct it with the following ways:
- Take the tamarind and squeeze with a little water and a little salt, then smeared on the breasts. Do it 2-3 times a day until the breasts are not sore anymore.
- Take a few betel leaves and squeeze until cracks, then heat over the fire and rub with cooking oil. When it is warm glue it on all surfaces except the breast nipple
You can try one of the above and hopefully your milk can be slightly reduced and breast pain can be lost.
