- The color of urine tend to be dark. This is seems less attention. The darker color of urine tend be caused by less water consumption.

- Dry skin. If you already use a skin moisturizer, but still feels dry, it is a sign that you’re less drinking
- Increasing heart rate. Try to cover the body with water consumption at least 2 liters per day
