Detox diet is not strange to us. To get the shape and ideal body weight, detox is very effective, but not all is a good detox. Some detox techniques can make us miserable, the skin becomes pale, limp and listless.

Reduce consumption of sugar

There are several detox ways that advised us not to consume sugar. This is dangerous, however, because our bodies still need the intake of glucose, just little. Avoid bad fats

Increase consumption of fiber

Green vegetables and fruits must be included in our daily menu. They are the source of the fiber. Fiber helps to keep our digestive function smoothly and properly.

Chewing habit

Because of our busy, sometimes we are so lazy to chew and swallow food. As a result, our digestion will try harder to destroy the food. To avoid it try to chew 28-30 times in every spoon we eat.
