How to safely choose your plastic container
Plastic container that you use does not have to be replaced, because not all plastic containers are not safe for use. Fear is actually happening when your plastic containers containing bisphenol A, and other substances that are harmful to health.

Until now research on Bisphenol A was developed, but there’s nothing wrong if you are more careful on choosing plastic containers. Do not have to reject and discard everything, but better look plastic container which are safe for you.

- The most plastic containers are recycled, in each recyclable products there is a special label indicating packing security. Plastic products with no label on top 4 usually contain bisphenol A. For that always use plastic container with labels 1-4 that are safe and do not contain Bisphenol A.
- Do not heat plastic containers on fire either directly or indirectly, because we do not know what chemicals are in it. So avoid pouring cooking or hot food into plastic containers in order the chemicals do not evaporate out.
- Do not use plastic bags or other packaging wrap directly to the food you eat, because the chemicals could affect your food.
