Prevent Flu with Yoga



The body condition often become not fit when the weather is change. The influenza would be easier to attack. Especially for those who do not have a strong immune system. However you don’t need to worry, because there is one alternative method that could banish the flu viruses, that is yoga.

Yogesh Chavan, an acupressure therapist as reported by the Times of Health said that the breathing exercises of yoga are powerful to increase body temperature, so it can keep the flu virus.

According to Chavan, that also asĀ  coaches of yoga, breathing in yoga method creates a sense of warm on the nose, so it can remove cold viruses with hot air produced.

In addition, Chavan also said that yoga is also a powerful to decrease fat because of breathing exercises that are offset by the pull of the stomach.
