The men shouldn’t carelessly eating fatty foods. So, based on the results of a study, some type of fats is capable of lowering the quality of sperm.
From the research against 99 men that 71 percent are now overweight or obese, found the relationship between fat intake and quality of sperm.
According to the March issue of the journal Human Reproduction, Significantly, the man who eats more unsaturated fat omega-3 that found in fish and vegetable oils have better sperm than the men who eats saturated fat 35 percent lower.
Jill Attaman, Professor of reproductive endocrinology at Massachusetts, says, “If a man is willing to make dietary changes to reduce the amount of saturated fat and increase the intake of omega-3s, it can improve their reproductive health.”
