Going on holiday during the summer is fun. But it could turn into a problem if you do not plan it well. So, here are tips to keep you fit in the summer.
- Reduce foods that contain lots of oil.
Foods with too much oil, will make you feel thirsty and dehydrated faster. Oily food is also more difficult to digest. - Expand the liquid electrolyte.
Fluids that contain electrolytes such as coconut water should be consumed especially in summer. Liquid electrolyte is not just refreshing the throat when hot, but this fluid will help keep body hydrated. - Consume more vegetables
Vegetables with high water content such as tomatoes and cucumbers should be eaten regularly as they will not only provide fresh, but it gives the daily portion of nutrients. - Wise eating meat
Replace fried meat with roasted meats. They have a higher fatty acid that helps in regulating blood pressure, immune response, and maintain liver function. - Consume more plain water
Do not forget consume at least two liters of water per day. - Include all fruits in the daily menu
