Travelling with family is really a wonderful opportunity we should enjoy. But sometimes our journey is disturbed by the presence of travel sickness one of our family members.
To anticipate that problem, we can do this thing:
- Keep the body in fit and healthy. We have to get enough sleep before travelling
- Prepare medicines and foods that can prevent colds, nausea and dizziness
- Take a seat in the front position and do not in the rear
- During the trip we can nibble to keep body in warm conditions but avoid fried foods
- Avoid reading too long in the vehicle
