- Pak Choy / Chinese Cabbage
Some people call it sawi daging, the others call it bak choy, pak choy or pak choi. Whatever it’s name, this type of sawi is very nutritious. Pak Choy very rich in vitamin A, C and betakaroten, calcium and the fiber, That definitely antioxidant content is very high and nutritious.
